Terms of Participation

CrazyBidPrice is an artistic performance exploring perception, value, and the theater of markets. Prices are intentionally irrational. Objects are ordinary. The auction itself is the art.

Participation is voluntary and anonymous. No real financial transaction is required to engage.

When you place a bid, you are participating in a public performance record. Your display name (or "Anonymous") and bid amount will be visible to all visitors of the exhibition.

• Bids are recorded in perpetuity as part of the artwork's history
• "Name Your Price" entries are accepted at any amount — they reflect your perceived value
• Standard bids must exceed the current listed price
• Bid submissions do not constitute a legally binding financial commitment unless explicitly stated

Comments left in the Gallery Guestbook are public and may remain visible for the duration of the exhibition. Anonymous submissions are supported — you are not required to provide a real name.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove entries that are abusive, harassing, or contain personally identifying information about third parties.

You are responsible for the display name you choose. Do not impersonate real individuals or use names that are offensive or harmful. We may remove entries that violate this principle without notice.

All content on this site — including exhibition text, catalog descriptions, and design — is the property of CrazyBidPrice and its creators. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

CrazyBidPrice is provided as-is. We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Participation is at your own discretion.

We may update these terms as the exhibition evolves. Continued participation after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
